Baozi Inn is named after its signature dish, the baozi - a delicious steamed bread dumpling filled with a savoury treat.   It is one of a few restaurants in Chinatown that focuses on the wheat and flour recipes of North China, rather than the rice based dishes typically found in the South.  Also serving up dishes from the Shandong, Chengdu and Sichuan regions, Baozi Inn will take you on a culinary tour of China.  The restaurant is covered in red flags as far as the eye can see.
