Little Lamb's secret is its Wonder Soup: a brew of herbs and spices originally concocted by a monk who travelled with the Mongol army in the 13th century. The story goes that the soldiers who drank the soup became stronger and healthier. They swept their enemies before them and word of the Wonder Soup spread throughout Mongolia and China.
At Little Lamb, you can try the real thing; Wonder Soup made to a recipe handed down through generations. You'll get it in a bubbling hotpot, into which you dip skewers of sliced beef and lamb, fresh seafood, eastern vegetables, bean curd, exotic mushrooms, meatballs and more. You select your uncooked ingredients, have them delivered to your table, and eat fondue-style - with authentic Mongolian flavours. As well as Wonder Soup, there's also a chili broth that packs a punch - you can choose either one to cook in, or a split bowl that contains half of each.
The more of you there are, the more ingredients you get to share around and cook in your Wonder Soup - so the more the merrier. For families with children, it's an experience that adults and youngsters will love equally - but it's also great fun for friends and couples to try together as well.
